Right Of Withdrawal

✓ The withdrawal period expires after fourteen (14) days from the day on which the customer or buyer acquires physical possession of the good(s). When the conditions stated above are not met, "lentamoda" will not accept the right of withdrawal request.

✓ "lentamoda" is responsible for performing within the promised period, as of the moment the consumer’s order is received. In any case, this period shall not exceed thirty (30) days in the sale of goods. The customer or buyer may cancel the contract if the seller or supplier fails to perform within such a period.

✓ If a customer or buyer has changed his/her mind and wishes to cancel, the return shipping costs will be his or her responsibility.

✓ A customer or buyer has to pay for return shipping if she wants to exchange her product for another size or if the package is returned because it has not been picked up at the post office.

✓ We currently do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange for another size, color, or style, please place a new order.

✓ If a customer or buyer plans to return the goods, she should use the goods only to the extent required by an ordinary review. Otherwise, the return is not acceptable.

Sellers Obligations

✓ The seller or the supplier is obliged to return all payments collected, including the delivery costs of the goods, if any, within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the notification regarding the use of the consumer’s right of withdrawal is received.

✓ The seller or the supplier is obliged to make all the repayments specified in the first paragraph at once, in accordance with the payment instrument used by the consumer and without incurring any cost or obligation to the consumer.

✓ The seller is not responsible for any damages that may occur during the shipping of the returned products.

Obligations of The Consumer

✓ The consumer is obliged to return the goods to the seller, the supplier, or the person authorized by him within ten (10) days from the date of the notification regarding the use of the right of withdrawal. This ten-day period includes shipping time.

✓ During the return process, the customer or buyer should ship the product via UPS.

✓ All return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Exceptions to The Right of Withdrawal

Unless the parties decide otherwise, the consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

✓ Tailor-made products

✓ The products with security tags removed

✓ The products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons

✓ The consumer is responsible for deterioration due to unusual use, and in this case, the seller may not approve the return

✓ The products must have been used for fitting purposes only before the return decision

✓ If the return policy below is not met, your return will not be accepted.

Lenta Moda Return Policy

✓ The product(s) you purchased must be sent complete with the detailed apparatus

✓ The product(s) should be used for try-on purposes only.

✓ The product label must not be removed. If the label has been removed, this product is not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable due to health protection reasons.

✓ The product(s) should not have make-up stains or any odor.

✓ The product(s) must be clean, unused, and unworn.

✓ Tailor-made dresses are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable.

✓ For the return process, the product(s) must be sent with its invoice.

✓ The product must be in its original state and packaging, with the original tags attached.

✓ The shipping fee must be paid by you.

✓ The product(s) to be returned must be sent via UPS.

✓ The product(s) are not suitable for dry cleaning. No returns are accepted for washed or dry-cleaned products.

✓ In order not to damage the product during transportation, it must be returned with the box sent to you.

✓ The withdrawal period expires after fourteen (14) days from the day on which the customer or buyer acquires physical possession of the good(s). When this condition is not met, "lentamoda" will not accept the right of withdrawal request.

✓ The products with problems caused by user errors or misuse are not accepted for return.
