3. Choose the product or products that you want to return. Fill out the reason for return and comments sections.
4. Select the return options that are available to you and Click the "save and continue" button
5. Pack the product(s) very safely. We are not responsible for problems caused by packaging.
6. Ship the product(s) via UPS. You are responsible for return shipping fee, all transportation costs, and customs duty. The product(s) must be delivered to us within 10 days, complete and undamaged. This ten (10) day period includes the shipping time.
7. After we receive your return package, we will control it carefully. If our terms are fully met, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
